Neaseno is a teacher of the Potawatomi language and culture of the Neshnabek.
He is a member of the Prairie Band of Potawatomi of Kansas. Neaseno is also
known as Donald Perrot and spends a lot of time doing historical research on the
Potawatomi language and culture. He spends many volunteer hours with AA/NA
groups and prison groups teaching about the many intracies of the Neshnabek
culture he is an active part of. He devotes a lot of time to the "sweat lodge" also and it's teachings. Walking the woods and fields searching for medicinal
plants his people used is also a past time.
